Martin FitzGerald, Esq.

Martin "Marty" FitzGerald is an attorney at the AWS Law Firm, practicing in the areas of probate, guardianships, real estate, and estate planning. He attended Stetson College of Law, and has been with the AWS Law Firm since October 2021, starting as a law clerk while in school. 

 

Mr. FitzGerald was born in New Jersey, and moved to Sarasota with his family when he was in high school. He enjoys spending time with his family, and he also takes great pride in mentoring the younger staff members in the firm -- as they aspire to gain similar knowledge and experience in their own career as legal professionals.
